It's pretty good! I liked the drum addition about halfway in. My only complaint would be some instruments could use some reverb, and they were a little harsh on the attack side, considering the atmosphere this plays in (dark, underground mines). Otherwise definitely a good rendition of this song! Keep it up!

kuro-rpg responds:

Out of curiosity, what did you consider 'Harsh'? Are you referring to the Brass Section instrument I used?

It was a bit out of place, but I did want something in there to give a little push in the track. I found a lot of other sound fonts were either too soft, too hard or felt too far out of place. There is already quite a bit of synth used in the track, as it is. :o

Thank you for your commentary! :)

I will be honest, I'm not a fan of dubstep. Usually for me, it's nothing but a bit of bland wubbing and overloading of the Bass. But when I heard this song I found myself really enjoying it. It has the depth that I feel is lacking in most other Dubstep songs I've heard. You get my full support, and I will try to scout you if I can!

You did this song a great service, it still has very much of the original song's vibe and feeling, but it's definitely something new. I wouldn't at all be surprised to hear this off of a JDK album however, since it shows a lot of dedication and the fine-tuning I'd expect from Falcom themselves. Great work!

You honour me with your post. Thank you! :O

Needs Improvement.

Now, don't mean to be a buzz kill in any way, but this is bad. The first problem is the guitar. It's way too distorted and quite frankly, too fake. A good song always has instruments and computer-generated sounds that are either realistic, or in the case of a non-existent instrument, original and nice sounding. If you're using FL Studio, play around with Sytrus a bit and make a guitar sound that is original. Secondly, the drums. In your song the drums are too loud, static-y and bland. Once again, try making something original and/or realistic, and don't overload on the sound. Finally, the song itself. The first thing I noticed was that the guitar and drums were offbeat, as in if compared to the real song, the guitar was 1 or 2 notes behind the drum line. This not only ruins the song, but in many cases indicates a lack of effort. I would suggest listening to the song MANY times before making your own version. Now don't commit suicide on me, many of these things can be corrected and in most cases these sort of mistakes will prove to shape someone into a good artist. Keep trying, and don't give up. I'm going to give you 5 because the Red Hot Chilli Peppers are my favourite band, and hopefully this is a tribute to their amazing music.

Wow, I like it!

The crazy drum beats, the bass that makes you wanna get on your feet and break something, and the deep texture of different instruments, plus the fact this song NEVER feels repetative, gives you a 5/5 10/10.

I was gonna make some kind of pun/joke, but this song deserves something better than that.

This song was great but...

... I agrere with tijnn, that off-note was soo ronchy that I had to stop listening. My poor sensitive ears were almost bleeding when I heard that one note. The rest of the song is AMASING. Just please fix that before someone dies.

NuclearStrike responds:

Please read the response to tijnn comment. The only thing I can say is it might be your (or my) sound system. Sorry, from what I can tell everything is in tune. Love, Peace and Big Beat.

This sng has a certain finesse that most songs around here dont have. Not only that, but it's kinda comical. Your tone of voice throughout the song gives the impression that you arent acting serious as your singing, and the lyrics back up that perspective. Not only that, but the instruments sound kinda corny, but in a good way. It makes me laugh, and at the same time shows that a trremendous amount of effort was put into this tune. I know nothing about rap so I will not comment on it. As for the rest of the song, love it!

Mackity responds:

Aehauehue [Insert Smiley Face] I'm glad you could get that outta listenin to meh song. Thanks for ya time [Insert Smiley Face]

You have to tell me how...

...you seperated the lyrics SOO well.

LOST-R34LITY responds:

Well we got this program called 'Virtual DJ' And it allows you to remove lyrics, or instruments. Then we just put that into fl studio.
